Spring is here again

Well folks, spring has come once again to our area. And like every spring we seem to have to adapt to what mother nature throws at us. Two weeks of beautiful weather did bring some problems. The frost came out of the ground and dirt roads so fast the road crew couldn't keep up or concentrate on just one road at a time. And now with April rains (which we need badly) repairs to roads may take a little time to get to each one. Speaking of the rain and colder weather,in most areas your bulb flowers should do fine, but if your spinach is up you might want to cover them at night. The rain and warm sun forecast for this weekend, will make the flowers, trees and the grass pop and grow right out. So, if you haven't gotten your lawn mower out and sharpened the blade you may want to do that now. The Sunday afternoon chore of mowing the lawn is here. And remember, if April showers bring May flowers, what does Mayflowers bring? - Pilgrims!. Have a great weekend,
